Dhini : “Hey sweetie, how are you ? I miss you.“
Rina : “Hi Dhini, what’s wrong with you …?
  Why do you react to beno ?”
Dhini : “I’m just sending e-mail for Beno, Rina so, am I wrong …?”

 (Dhini’s hand phone rings)

Mom : “Shut,,,,,,,”

Scene III

In the class, Dhini and her classmates are doing a duty..

Ines : “Hey Dhini, what do you do ?”
Dhini : “Nothing I do.”
Ines : “You don’t do the duty. Do you ?
Dhini : “Hahaha…May I cit yours ?”
Ines : “Dhini, what’s wrong with you? You never cit anyone”
Dhini : “hehehe”
Teacher : “Good morning Dhini”
Dhini : “Yes, sir”
Teacher : “There is an English competition. You have to participate it. You and the other Students will get special training. It begins tomorrow after school until about 03.00 o’clock p.m.
Dhini : “Emmm, yes sir.
Teacher : “Thank you Dhini and good morning”
Dhini : You’re welcome. 

Scene IV

Dhini goes to Warnet.

Dhini : “Oh my Goodness, I don’t have anytime to chat, to meet him, and calling him. Dear, honey .I’m so sorry. I have to participate an English competition. So, we will seldom to chat. (Dhini’s hand phone rings). Oh my God, he is offline. So , what should I do now..?”

Scene V

On the night, Dhini is calling Beno.

Dhini : “Halo Beno”
Beno : “Yes, honey”
Dhini : “Why did you offline this afternoon ?”
Beno : “I’m sorry. I couldn’t online this afternoon. Cause I was busy.”
Dhini : “Oh yeah, I’ve something to tell you
Beno : “What’s that ?”
Dhini : “There is an English competition. And I have to participate it.”
Beno : “When will it hold ? 
Dhini : “Next month heney so until about I”ll get special training everyday after school until about at 03.00 p.m.. So, I will seldom to online”
Beno :‘‘Ohh, emm…Don’t worry honey..!! and now is time to sleep. So, good night honey I love you.”
Dhini : “I Love you too. God bless you.”
Beno : “Okay good bless you too.

Scene VI

Dhini and Ines are going to basketball yard, and they meet Indra.

Ines : “Hay Indra”
Indra : “Hay Ines, why do you come here?”
Ines : “I just wanna look you play basket ball”
Indra : “Oh yeah okay look at me !!!
Dhini : “Oh you damn”
Inez : “And, what will we do now ?”
Dhini : “Okay come on sit .”
Indra : “What are you activities in this week, Dhini?”
Dhini : “Ehm, I have to participate an English competition.”
Indra : “Really ??.”
Inez : “Yes,, I think Dhini is smarter than you.!!!”
Indra : “Whatever you say .”
Dhini : “Oh my Goodness, this is bad news for me.”
Indra : “Why, Dhini ?”
Inez : “Oh yeah, she can’t meet with him.”
Indra : “Who is he..?
Ines : “He is Dhini’s boyfriend.”
Indra : “Really Dhini ??? You have a boyfriend.? You make me so jealous. hahahahahhahaha…”
Dhini : “Yes, I really love my boyfriend. I know him from chatting”
Ines : “And then .She never meets him”
Indra : “Oh my Goodness, really ?”
Dhini : “Yes, Indra. But this week I will meet him in the café”
Indra + Ines : “Oh…a good news
Indra : “Okay I’ll join you, if you meet with him”
Dhini : “Ok !

Dhini and Indra are in the café. Indra lies Dhini that Beno as Tista before.

Dhini : “I hope, he is handsome ( sees Indra )
Tista : “Hey, are you Dhini ?
Dhini : “Yes, I’m Dhini”
Tista : “Hallo, I’m your boyfriend “Beno”..”
Dhini : “( with weld face, she looks at Indra)”
Tista : “Hay Dhini are you okay ?
Dhini : “Hah…oh..yes I am very okay”
Indra : “Oh.. Dhini you are very pity, I’m sorry…”
Tista : “Dhini, may I go to toilet for a minutes …?”
Dhini : “Oh…no problem.

Dhini : “Oh my goodness, he is very fat, brown and ugly.”

Beno : “Hay, Dini this flower for you.”
Dhini : “Who are you ?”

Jantung Koroner

Jantung koroner merupakan salah satu penyakit pembunuh yang paling ditakuti di seluruh dunia. Biasanya penyakit ini dialami oleh orang berusian produktif dan menyerang secara mendadak hingga menimbulkan kematian.

A. Gejala-gejala penyakit jantung koroner
Dada terasa sakit dan menekan
Pusing kepala yang berkepanjangan
Merasa sekujur tubuhnya terbakar tanpa sebab yang jelas
Terjadi keluhan di sekitar tulang dada dan leher
Tapi kebanyakan orang yang menderita penyakit jantung koroner tidak mengalami beberapa gejala di atas. Tiba-tiba saja jantung si penderita bermasalah dan dalam kondisi yang kronis. 
B. Penyebab Jantung Koroner

Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh adanya penyempitan dan penyumbatan di pembuluh arteri koroner. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penumpukan zat-zat lemak (kolesterol, trigliserida) di dinding pembuluh nadi bagian paling bawah (endotelium). 

Setelah lemak menumpuk, aliran darah akan tersumbat dan tak mampu menuju jantung sehingga mengganggu kerja jantung dalam memompa darah. Efek yang paling dirasakan adalah hilangnya pasokan oksigen dan nutrisi menuju jantung karena aliran darah ke jantung berkurang. 

C. Hal-hal yang memicu penyakit jantung koroner :
Merokok dalam jumlah yang banyak dan selama bertahun-tahun
Konsumsi makanan yang berlemak atau berkolesterol tinggi
Hipertensi yang telah diderita
Diabetes mellitus juga memancing timbulnya penyakit jantung koroner
Obesitas
Kurang beraktivitas dan berolahraga
Minum minuman beralkohol
Penyalahgunaan obat (narkoba)

Jantung koroner adalah penyakit pembunuh nomor satu di Amerika Serikat yang menyerang baik lelaki maupun perempuan
Setiap tahun di AS, lebih dari setengah juta orang meninggal akibat penyakit jantung koroner
Kematian akibat jantung koroner bisa dicegah dikarenakan penyakit ini berhubungan dengan gaya hidup. Jika masyarakat baik dan sehat dalam hidup dipastikan terbebas dari penyakit jantung koroner
Perawatan bagi penderita penyakit jantung koroner membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama dan kontinu. 
E. Pencegahan Penyakit Jantung Koroner
Gaya hidup seimbang dan menghindari risiko stres sangat dibutuhkan agar seseorang tidak terkena penyakit jantung koroner. 
Mengonsumsi makanan sehat dan berserat tinggi. Kurangi makanan yang berlemak dan berkolesterol tinggi agar tidak terjadi kegemukan. 
Segera berhenti merokok. Merokok menyebabkan elastisitas pembuluh darah berkurang sehingga meningkatkan pengerasan pembuluh darah arterin yang memicu stroke.
Mengurangi atau menghindari minuman beralkohol
Olahraga yang teratur 
Hindari penggunaan obat-obatan terlarang
